Today I am getting my tattoo! I have sweaty hands as i type hehe! So I have to admit to you, I was trying really hard to tone my thighs before getting the tattoo (I basically have saggy fat thighs that are grossly white and chubby) But the hamburgers, fries, pizza, ice cream, and lack of motivation to exercise, got the best of me! So ill be a fatty to say the least. OHH WELL what can I do? Too late now! I was like ok! heres my game plan for July before getting the tattoo!
I will:
- Ride the elliptical once a day for one whole hour
- I will go on the 5 mile trail at least twice a week
- I will walk my dog as often as possible
- I will eat healthier, and drink a lot more water
Wanna know what all I did? I walked the elliptical 3 TIMES THE ENTIRE MONTH!! I never once went on the trail, I ate crap all month and I walked my dog for about a total of 15 min maybe lets say 5 times the entire month of july -________-.
And now here we are, August 4th, and im probably chubbier then I was when I came up with that hopeful 'thigh tone up regimen routine' in the beginning of July. Oh well, not much I can do with only a couple hours left before going under the gun. I'll get fit eventually!! (or so I say EVERYTIME summer comes along hahah!)
My artist called me about two days ago to confirm my appointment and I nearly peed my pants. He said we would finish the whole design in one day. One day? really? that's a lot of....pain!! hahah! I think I am going to need a beer before :)
Anywhoo, Ill update later tonight or tomorrow on how it all went with pics and what not :) Wish me luck!!
